SHIPPING TERMS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-5 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance). Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value. 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to 1212Minks due to incorrect shipping provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

 

RETURN POLICY

We truly hope you are 100% happy with your 1212Mink Lashes!

Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective, you MUST notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your lashes to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
